I've known Stuart for about sixteen years. At all of our consultant meetings I've been impressed by his polite, professional attitude and in depth knowledge of his profession. In 2015, I asked Stuart to re-design a mixed-use development in Scarborough that had been professionally costed by a builder at $13.5M. The building designer I'd previously engaged had produced a non-compliant and completely over-budget design. Incredibly, Stuart produced a bespoke design with larger ground floor commercial areas that was professionally costed by the same builder at $8.35M. His prices have always been fair and very competitive. He has a knowledge that can also save you time and money. He will always make an effort to follow things through quickly and advise you so that you may gain the best outcome for your project. With these things in mind I can thoroughly recommend Stuart.

We commissioned Threadgold Architecture for the refurbishment of our house in Dalkeith for both design and contract administration services. We were delighted with the design which Stuart tendered to a select group of local builders.
